Claim Procedures
General liability claims usually involve damage to personal property or injury and related medical expenses to third parties, such as students or visitors. Incident Reporting
Departments are responsible for reporting all incidents such as accidents, injuries or property damages affecting members of the general public, students or others while on campus. The Third Party Incident Report form should be used to report all incidents with the exception of vehicle accidents, workers compensation claims or student accidents.
